If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we rely on the following legal bases under Article 6 of the GDPR to process your personal data:
• Consent — where you have given clear consent (e.g., marketing emails, non-essential cookies)

3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell or share your personal information for money or other valuable consideration, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We do use a small number of third-party service providers to operate our Site and business, each of which processes information on our behalf as follows:
• AWeber — If you complete our subscriber sign-up form, your name, email address, and phone number (if you provide one) are sent to AWeber, our email marketing provider, so that we can send you newsletters and updates. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you may opt out at any time. AWeber’s own privacy practices are described in the AWeber Privacy Policy.
• Koalendar — If you book an appointment through our Site, your booking information is collected and handled directly by Koalendar, our third-party appointment scheduling provider. Please refer to the Koalendar Privacy Policy for details on how they collect, use, and protect your information.
• Squarespace — Our Site is hosted by Squarespace, which collects certain information automatically (such as browsing activity and cookies) in accordance with its own privacy policy. Please see the Squarespace Privacy Policy for details.
We do not otherwise share your personal information with third parties, except where required to comply with the law, respond to legal process, or protect our rights or the safety of others (for example, in response to a subpoena), or in connection with a sale or transfer of our business.
4. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights regarding your personal information:
• Right to Know — request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, used, disclosed, and sold/shared, and the purposes and categories of third parties involved.
• Right to Delete — request deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
• Right to Correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information.
• Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing — as noted above, we do not sell or share personal information, so no opt-out is necessary. If our practices change, we will update this policy and provide an opt-out mechanism.
• Right to Non-Discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
• Right to Data Portability — receive a copy of your personal information in a portable format.
